Hotel Decent - Hotel in Surat

That's ammaaazing! I wasn't sure about the place earlier. As it is on the second floor, I felt not to go with, but the staff is very helpful, they even response at 12 o'clock, which act in at 1:00 a.m. hassle-free even when we booked hotel walk-in. As we where male and female for a business trip, they prohibited us from visiting each other's room, which was ok for us. They provide complimentary breakfast with tea. The cleanliness was decent (please keep cleaning floor, there're not very clean). Must visit hotel in budget.

It is a very beautiful hotel. Although from outside it looks like an old small building, when you enter the room, it is just awesome. The room and toilet are clean and very nice. It is near to all tourist spots and station. With this range of rent, it is one of the best hotels in Surat

Hotel was nice, staff was coperative, building is old but the rooms are newly built . We left a water hot & cold bottle and the manager was quick to call us. Very much satisfied.

Decent, as the name suggests, and not far from railway station. Considering economical rates, good and spacious rooms. TV shows only few hindi and gujarati news channels. Quick room service. If you are foodie, plenty of restaurants available nearby, prefer not to order food from hotel.

If we live there for more than 24 hrs they will not change towel , don't provide soap till the time we will ask them. Don't clean room .I lived 1 week in hotel 2 different room never found room cleaned . I changed the room after few days.
